Hey I’m Lori! I’ve always loved to bake…it’s how my family gathers. I learned from my mom, the best Southern baker and cook you’ll ever meet. I fell in love with baking at 12, creating birthday parties and holiday treats that filled our home with warmth and nostalgia.

Today, I blend that same love and artistry into every dessert I make — floral cupcake bouquets, bespoke cakes, and vintage dessert experiences that celebrate life’s sweetest moments.

Every event is completely custom, from the drapes to the desserts. Whether you’re dreaming in blush velvet and buttercream florals or aqua tones and lace, Sugarbelles is designed to tell your story through texture, color, and taste.

Tucked just behind North Georgia Haircutters, you’ll find Sweet Fern Cottage — Lori’s cozy A-frame “campery” filled with her signature small-batch treats.

It’s a self-serve dessert haven, stocked daily with her most-loved cookies, bars, and sweets — all beautifully packaged and ready to brighten your day.

Whether you’re heading north for the weekend or passing through Dahlonega, stop by and load up on homemade goodness, crafted with the same care and artistry as Nonni’s event creations.
